Managing Director
Huw began his career in the construction industry in 1989, specialising in quantity surveying and cost control. With extensive experience across both residential and commercial projects, he brings deep technical knowledge of construction contracts and financial management. In 2017, Huw founded Kordel Ltd, combining his industry expertise with a vision to deliver high-quality, cost-effective construction solutions.

Paul Dunning

Construction Director
With a passion for civil engineering sparked at just 16, he brings decades of hands-on experience and industry insight. In 2017, he founded Kordel with a vision to deliver high-quality, reliable engineering solutions. Paul's leadership and deep technical expertise continue to drive the company forward, shaping projects that stand the test of time.

Ethan Dunning

Project Director
Ethan Dunning joined Kordel Ltd in 2020, bringing valuable experience from his time with Cardiff Council’s Highways Department. With a strong background in infrastructure and public works, Ethan excels in project coordination, especially in client and contractor management. Known for his proactive mindset and clear communication, he plays a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and consistently meets both client and company expectations.

Tom Dunning

Contracts Director
Tom joined Kordel Ltd in 2019 as a Site Supervisor, bringing over a decade of industry experience. With a strong background in all aspects of groundwork and team leadership, he has since progressed into the role of Contracts Manager. Tom ensures that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. His excellent communication skills help keep clients, teams, and stakeholders well-informed throughout every stage of a project

Ashley Tewkesbury

Internal HSQE Manager
Ashley joined Kordel Ltd in 2019 as a Site Supervisor, bringing with him a wealth of experience in civil engineering. He has since transitioned into health and safety management, recently earning key qualifications including the IOSH Managing Safely course, the NEBOSH General Certificate, and an NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Health and Safety. Ashley also brings valuable insight from his time supervising multiple teams for the Vale of Glamorgan Council, giving him a strong understanding of local procedures and operational standards.

Adam Wiggins

Quantity Surveyor
Adam joined in Kordel 2018 as a Groundworker and quickly showed a passion for commercial management. After completing the NEC4 ECC Project Manager course, he progressed into a trainee Quantity Surveyor role. Now in his fourth year of a Quantity Surveying degree at USW, Adam continues to grow within our South Wales contracts.
