At Kordel Ltd, we’re proud to support the next generation of talent through our apprenticeship programmes. Over the last 2 years, we’ve successfully run two apprenticeship schemes, with approximately 10 apprentices completing their training and securing full-time employment with us. Alongside practical experience, our apprentices have achieved qualifications such as the City & Guilds Level 3 Apprenticeship in Civil Operations – Groundworks.
What Our Apprentices Are Up To
Our apprentices are actively involved in a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of groundworks and civil engineering. From assisting with site preparation and drainage installations to learning advanced groundwork techniques, they work alongside our skilled professionals and supervisors, gaining valuable insight into the industry.
